MyPhield promises to offer assured Osteoarthritis pain relief

Monday, June 8, 2009 by Neil Patel

Starting small and eventually attacking the patient’s larger joints, no joint is totally safe from the threatening effect and permanent damage of Osteoarthritis.

Sadly, most of us often fail to notice the early symptoms of Osteoarthritis. It starts out just as simple swelling, but the same can gradually turn into achy and painfully throbbing joints. This often results in deformities, such as crooked hands and twisted knees. In the end, the disease will make it increasingly tougher for patients to accomplish even normal everyday activities, such as twisting the lid off of a jar or walking a dog.

The most common Osteoarthritis signs and symptoms include swelling of the joints, joint pain, red and puffy hands, fever, weight loss, fatigue, and joints that feel tender when touched. The knees, elbows and hands, referred to as 'articular joints', are the hardest hit in most cases of Osteoarthritis.

While the disease is commonly found to occur in adults aged 40 to 60, the painful condition does not discriminate age or gender. It can attack the joints of even children in what is termed as 'juvenile Osteoarthritis. Young adults following hectic and unhealthy lifestyle can also suffer from the disease.

It is believed that no lasting relief from Osteoarthritis is possible. However, MyPhield promises to offer assured Osteoarthritis pain relief in back and spine, neck, hands, and other aching joints in the patient’s body with BioResonance. It’s a gentle course for Natural Osteoarthritis progressive long-term relief.

Combine correct food choices with Myphield treatment to combat Osteoarthritis

Monday, June 8, 2009 by Neil Patel

According to nutrition research done so far, certain nutrients and substances used in our daily food items may greatly benefit osteoarthritis patients. For instance, it has been established that Vitamin C can play a major role in reducing the progression of osteoarthritis.

Vitamin C is actively involved in the formation of two major components of cartilage, both collagen and proteoglycans, both of which cushion the joints. The vitamin is a powerful antioxidant, helping to fight the harmful effects of free radicals in the body that can damage cartilage.

Vitamin C is abundantly found in strawberries, peppers, kiwi, cantaloupe, citrus fruits, pineapple, green-leafy vegetables, cauliflower, tomatoes, and potatoes, among other foods. Each day most adults usually need roughly between 75 mg (for women) and 90 mg (for men) of Vitamin C, osteoarthritis experts recommend consuming at least 200 milligrams of it daily.

Apart from initiating lifestyle changes, what you are advised is to find ways for Natural Osteoarthritis progressive long-term relief. If healthy foods prevent escalation of the pain to an extent, MyPhield treatments provide the much needed relief.

The succor from these treatments is simply unmatched, which is why many patients happily recommend it to others. They know how difficult it is to make it through those long and painful waiting period for surgeries. Essentially, MyPhield treatments restore their confidence to be back on their feet.

BioResonance patterns harmonize the existing imbalances and release the trauma

Friday, June 5, 2009 by Neil Patel

Scientific research and experiments reveal that the body-field is in a way the master control system of the whole biochemical processes of the body. It is not to say that biochemistry provides a complete understanding of how our body works.

The model of the human body-field constructed in the past has integrated biochemistry with the quantum processes, which underlie biochemistry. It revealed the energetic ‘structure’ of relevant quantum processes in space. Just to elaborate a bit, biochemistry is largely dependent on structure as well, as in the 3-dimensional folding of proteins.

The model of the body-field can go deeper. The body-field is auto-cephalic (one that is able to direct itself) since it essentially follows inherent rules, which belong to the structures not only of human body, but also according to certain fundamental rules set out in quantum physics itself.

The body-field, owing to its structure, is largely responsible for directing the (flow of) electronic structure of molecules formed within the body. As a result, they not only hold the ability to control information transfer but also influence/guide all chemical reactions.

This is exactly why the body-field can well be termed the master control system for all metabolism and growth actions. Drawing its strength from the body-field principles, the key of MyPhield treatment lies in the ability to detect and analyze imbalances present in the patient’s bio-field.

BioResonance patterns are produced at the same time to harmonize the existing imbalances. It helps release the trauma and balance out the associated energy just around the damaged part.

Fibromyalgia pain management with the unique MyPhield therapy

Friday, June 5, 2009 by Neil Patel

In certain mild cases of Fibromyalgia, symptoms of the disease tend to go away or temporarily disappear when the causes are identified and treated. For instance, if stress is decreased and a few lifestyle changes are made, the patient may experience some relief.

However, acute cases of Fibromyalgia are not easily treatable. Basically, it is a chronic condition, which is typically characterized by body-wide pain over a long term. The patient also experiences pain in tender points in joints, tendons, muscles, and other soft tissues in the body. Fibromyalgia has been linked to fatigue, depression, anxiety, sleep problems, constant headache, morning stiffness, numbness in hands and feet.

A combination of treatments comprising medications, patient orientation, counseling, and physical therapy are generally recommended, long term fibromyalgia. Experience shows that Fibromyalgia pain management is possible with the unique MyPhield therapy. It clearly enhances the patient’s overall quality of life by eliminating stiffness, pain, and mental fatigue.

The therapy makes the person feel reinvigorated and recharged, without any special efforts on his or her part. It’s the therapy that works wonders on its own, which indeed is the most unique aspect of it. Very much keen to provide relief to fibromyalgia patients, MyPhield has been doing its bit over the years. This novel treatment will ensure progressive long-term relief - the natural way.

The Evidence About Massage Therapy For Pain Is Inconclusive

Wednesday, June 3, 2009 by Alan Kotowich

In massage therapy the therapist works on the soft tissues and on moving the joints within their normal range. Massage therapy can be carried out by chiropractors, osteopaths and specially trained physiotherapists and doctors. Generally, 10 sessions of massage therapy, over a maximum of 12 weeks is recommended.

There is some evidence that massage therapy can reduce pain and may help people get back to work faster, compared to usual treatment or exercise. But not all the research agrees. Some studies say it's no better than usual GP care, exercise, or standard physiotherapy. Most of the studies looking at massage therapy are quite small. This makes it hard to draw definite conclusions. There's not much evidence to say whether massage works for pain. The studies carried out have problems that make it hard to draw conclusions. There's no evidence that massage can be harmful, although you shouldn't have massage over skin that's infected or inflamed.

Inconclusive evidence of pain relief from massage therapy is not surprising to people who need to manage the pain of osteoarthritis. They'll usually tell you that the pain may have subsided a little, but it came back quickly. So, no matter how much you are paying for those massages (usually $35 and up) they're not likely to help and the cost gets ridiculous.

People who must control the chronic pain of osteoarthritis and all other types of arthritis are constantly looking for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) approaches like massage and many others. They need a drug-free alternative that really works. There are a lot of relatively safe alternatives to consider, but its the "really works" part that's the problem.

If you are in search of a CAM therapy to manage the chronic pain of arthritis you would be wise to consider BioResonance therapy. BioResonance uses the same electromagnetic fields that the healthy tissue of the body produce naturally. And, unlike so many other forms of CAM therapy, BioResonance is proven to be safe and effective at managing arthritis.

Is Natural Arthritis progressive long-term relief possible?

Saturday, May 30, 2009 by Neil Patel

Researchers have been constantly working over the last several decades to determine a combination of various factors in the body and environment that can cause osteoarthritis.

There seems to be a difference of opinion over what causes osteoarthritis. However, broadly speaking, diet, weight and undue stresses on the joints from certain demanding jobs, or field activities tend to worsen the painful condition and how a person reacts to the disease.

Researchers believe that inheritance plays a significant role in about 25-30 per cent of osteoarthritis cases. A key trigger in patients suffering from an inherited kind of osteoarthritis, which starts at an early age, appears to be a gene defect affecting collagen (a crucial part of cartilage).

The mutation tends to weaken collagen protein that may break or tear under stress far more easily. Scientists are looking for other genetic mutations involved in osteoarthritis. It is believed that a test to determine who carries the genetic defect/s could well help people to cut down on the risk of developing it.

Even as the research goes on, you must be wondering if there is any source of Natural Arthritis progressive long-term relief! Is holistic arthritis pain management indeed possible? Well! There is ray of hope for osteoarthritis patients in form of MyPhield BioResonance therapy that essentially works by maintaining the balance of body’s electromagnetic energy fields (Phields).

How do electromagnetic fields help maintain body’s natural balance?

Saturday, May 30, 2009 by Neil Patel

Let us try to follow the way in which electromagnetic fields help maintain body’s natural balance. We continue to generate electromagnetic fields as long as we are alive. These electromagnetic fields tend to envelope our entire body. They exist despite our constant exposure to many of the much more potentially powerful and overwhelming fields that surround us.

The physiologic fields are created when we make use of our muscles. In fact, the more active, alert and conscious we are about our movements, the more of these physiologic fields get generated by our body, research has shown. We do not necessarily produce more powerful fields in this manner (by being more active – mentally and physically). However, we are able to produce more of the same subtle energy fields. If enough of this energy is maintained at a minimum threshold level it tends to harness healthy, balanced biochemical processes quite similar to the way our biochemistry gets affected by temperature.

The electromagnetic energy is rather weak, but we must possess and generate enough of it to remain healthy. Applying this theory, when diseased tissues are exposed to these same precisely defined fields, a natural balance is reestablished. As a result, our body chemistry functions better. It has been proven that pain is substantially reduced and flexibility is vastly improved for arthritic conditions, in particular. This goes a long way in providing Natural Arthritis progressive long-term relief.

Why Insurers Pay For Alternative Therapies That Don't Work

Friday, May 29, 2009 by Alan Kotowich

Usually, public and private healthcare insurers like to see strong evidence before they'll pay for a treatment. So why do they pay for complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) treatments when the evidence for them isn't so strong?

They weigh up the costs and benefits of a treatment, as well as the evidence for how well it works. Chronic pain is a common ailment that can cause a lot of disability, and people with chronic pain, including those who need to manage the pain of osteoarthritis and all other types of arthritis, use a lot of healthcare resources. Acupuncture and other manual therapies like massage and chiropractic are relatively inexpensive, compared with many treatments offered by healthcare providers, and they are unlikely to cause serious harm.

Relatively low-cost treatments that may provide pain relief and help some people get back to work faster, albeit no better than a placebo, are likely to be judged as cost effective, even if the evidence is not as strong as for some other treatments. The British healthcare system offers a good example. Their economic analysis of treating back pain with spinal manipulation reported it would cost £4,756 ($8,656 CAD) for each additional year of good health (called a Quality Adjusted Life Year, or QALY). In the British system they usually say a treatment is cost effective if it costs less than £20,000 ($36,400 CAD) for each additional QALY. So, their system is saving £15,244 ($27,744 CAD) by paying for treatments that are as effective as a sugar pill, but what matters is that they are saving money, people are feeling better and few are being hurt.

Inadequate treatments are paid for while other promising alternatives like BioResonance struggle to gain mainstream acceptance. BioResonance therapy, which uses the same natural electromagnetic fields that healthy tissues produce in the body, has been proven to safely and effectively control the chronic pain of osteoarthritis in controlled clinical studies. Thousands of treatments with an 80% success rate attest to its value. Once BioResonance therapy treatments become more widely accepted healthcare insurers will begin to save real money and yet pay for something that actually benefits those who suffer chronic pain.

The Evidence For Bone Manipulation For Arthritis Pain Relief

Friday, May 29, 2009 by Alan Kotowich

In bone manipulation the therapist moves the joint beyond the usual passive range of movement, using quick thrusting movements. Bone manipulation can be carried out by chiropractors, osteopaths and specially trained physiotherapists and doctors.

There is some evidence that bone manipulation can reduce chronic pain and may help people get back to work faster, compared to usual treatment or exercise. But not all the research agrees. Some studies say it's no better than usual GP care, exercise, or standard physiotherapy. Most of the studies looking at bone manipulation are quite small. This makes it hard to draw definite conclusions. Bone manipulation causes minor side effects such as headache or nausea in about half the people having it. Serious side effects are thought to be very rare, but can include stroke, damage to the spinal cord and fracture.

No conclusive evidence that it works, and the potential risks, make bone manipulation a difficult choice for people who need to control the chronic pain of arthritis. And yet, up to 10 sessions of this therapy, over a 12 week period is commonly prescribed for people who suffer from all types of arthritis.

Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) approaches are preferred by many people who need to manage arthritis chronic pain because they need a drug-free alternative. BioResonance therapy provides the natural therapy that they seek without harmful side-effects. BioResonance uses the same electromagnetic energy fields that normal healthy tissues in the body produce naturally. You don't need to risk the bone manipulation and you can save a lot of money with one purchase of the MyPhield Therapy Cushion that uses BioResonance, instead of paying for endless questionable treatments.

The Evidence About Acupuncture For Pain Management

Friday, May 29, 2009 by Alan Kotowich

The evidence for acupuncture is interesting to people with osteoarthritis, as well as those with all other types of arthritis.  It shows that some people find acupuncture helpful, but not for the reasons acupuncturists think. There have now been quite a lot of studies looking at acupuncture for chronic and acute back pain, including some solid studies that compared traditional acupuncture to a "sham" version. What does the research show?

Compared to no treatment, some people who received "real" acupuncture have less back pain, but (and here is the part that acupuncturists won't tell you about) people who have the "sham" version of acupuncture have about the same reduction in pain.

Acupuncture may simply be a powerful placebo, meaning that people feel better because they're having a treatment that they expect to work. It's also possible that putting needles against or into the skin triggers a painkilling response in the body.

Acupuncturists believe that the therapy works by unblocking energy flows through the body at certain points. They put needles into these points in order to unblock the energy.

The body does indeed have natural energy fields. They have been measured using very sophisticated, highly sensitive scientific instruments. The integrity of these fields is hampered by disease and disorder. BioResonance therapy treatments for arthritis are very effective and very safe because BioResonance uses the very same natural electromagnetic fields that healthy tissues in the body produce.

The placebo effect is very real. If that is working for you then stick with the acupuncture treatments. But, if you really want to adjust the energy fields of the body to manage the pain of arthritis your only proven choice is BioResonance therapy.

Popular Alternative Therapies Lack Evidence

Friday, May 29, 2009 by Alan Kotowich

The three most popular Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) chronic pain therapies do not have strong evidence to support their use. Acupuncture, tissue massage and bone manipulation for the treatment of pain, including the chronic pain of osteoarthritis and all other types of arthritis joint pain, are often paid for by public and private health-care insurers even though evidence clearly shows that they do not reduce pain any more than a placebo. Considering the fact that recommended treatment regimens using these procedures is 10 sessions over a 12 week period, at an average cost of $80 per treatment, a lot of time and money is being wasted. Why should anyone pay $800 or more for treatment results that you could duplicate with a placebo. Take a sugar pill instead.

Arthritis sufferers who need a drug-free alternative can turn to BioResonance therapy. It is proven to control the pain of osteoarthritis and other arthritis joint pain. Studies reveal an 80% success rate and no side-effects. Perhaps best of all, you can purchase a BioResonance therapy device known as the MyPhield Therapy Cushion for a lot less than the cost of the other treatments. Plus, you can use it at home as often as you like for Relief For Life from the chronic pain of arthritis.

FDA Acetaminophen Limits Should Benefit Arthritis Patients

Thursday, May 28, 2009 by Alan Kotowich

The bottom line for acetaminophen (Tylenol) is that it is (was) considered to be safe. Now we have the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommending stronger warnings and dose limits, citing an increased risk of liver injury. The news that safe drugs are not as safe as we thought is not a revelation to the people who take them for pain, like those with osteoarthritis and/or all types of arthritis joint pain. But, the fact that the drug industry must now reign in one of its all-star players is eye opening news. More people will now turn to safer Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapies that really work, like BioResonance.

Chemicals like acetaminophen can help with the pain, but at what cost? Do you give up your liver to relieve arthritis chronic pain? We know that the very subtle electromagnetic fields of the body are important to our good health. We can supplement them with BioResonance energy therapy and get drug-free long-term pain relief with no side-effects. Arthritis patients will ultimately benefit from the new limits on drug use.

Fibromyalgia pain management has now become a reality

Thursday, May 28, 2009 by Neil Patel

Men and women of all ages can suffer from fibromyalgia. The reasons may vary, but the condition is rather common among women in the age group of 20 to 50.

In case of those afflicted with fibromyalgia, the pain can increase with hectic schedule, cold or damp weather, straining activity, anxiety, and undue stress. So they are asked to be careful. To talk of specific symptoms that can be associated with this particular disorder are persistent body aches, chronic facial muscle pain or a feeling of discomfort ad aching, irritable bowel syndrome and constant fatigue. Even cognitive difficulties and memory difficulties can be a sign of fibromyalgia in some cases.

Multiple tender areas (muscle as well as joint pain) just on the back of the neck, sternum, lower back, shoulders, hips, shins, knees and elbows need to be watched out for discomfort. This can be in form of numbness and tingling and reduced exercise tolerance. Other signs like palpitations, tension or migraine headaches, and sleep disturbances also need to be monitored.

Fortunately, fibromyalgia pain management has now become a reality due to constant efforts and research of dedicated MyPhield experts who for years have been working towards the sole objecting of providing Natural Arthritis progressive long-term relief and relief from painful diseases like fibromyalgia. The therapy has worked wonders in terms of arthritis pain management.

Helplessness gives way to hope with MyPhield treatment

Thursday, May 28, 2009 by Neil Patel

The overwhelming and most noticeable characteristic of fibromyalgia is prolonged, body-wide pain experienced by the patient with defined tender points.

It is important to note that these tender points are distinct or different from trigger points noticed in other pain syndromes. Just to elaborate, trigger points unlike tender points can occur in isolation. They are akin to a source of radiating pain, even when there is the absence of any direct pressure. In fact, fibromyalgia pain can mimic the pain, which occurs with various known types of arthritis. However, the significant swelling, deformity and destruction of joints that is seen in diseases like Osteoarthritis does not occur with typical fibromyalgia syndrome alone.

The soft-tissue pain of fibromyalgia is often sensed as a deep-aching, gnawing, radiating, shooting or burning one. It ranges from reasonably mild, bearable to extremely severe. People who suffer from Fibromyalgia tend to wake up and convulse with immense body aches and intense stiffness.

For some patients, the lingering pain slightly improves or eases during the day. However, it tends to increase or intensify again as the evening sets in. Much to their relief, MyPhield treatment sessions can provide them with succor. The feeling of helplessness has now given way to hope. Just a single session can change it all, as the person starts experiencing progressive long-term relief, naturally and gradually.

Pain and Depression-The Disabling Duo

Wednesday, May 27, 2009 by Joel Greenfield

Pain and depression are common physical and psychological symptoms that work together to produce most of the adverse effects on quality of life. 30% to 50% of the people seen by primary care providers have one or both of these symptoms (see the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) article). The report indicates that, over the long-term, people who suffer chronic pain feel less pain and are far less depressed if they are treated using antidepressant therapy followed by a pain self-management program.

Pain causes depression that causes more pain. The vicious cycle continues unless we intervene with a therapy that really works, and, as the report shows, psychological intervention may be needed to support pharmacologic pain treatment (drugs). This is a common struggle, as a person with chronic pain loses control over their own destiny and they succumb to the accepted remedies of mainstream medicine. Fortunately, we have a better solution, at least for those who suffer the chronic pain of osteoarthritis, and all other types of arthritis joint pain.

BioResonance therapy puts arthritis sufferers in control of the pain. When you are in control of the pain you break the downward cycle. BioResonance therapy uses the natural energy fields that are produced by healthy tissues of the body. It is the safest, most effective therapy and it can defeat the "Disabling Duo."

Chronic Pain Got You Feeling Less Than Yourself?

Wednesday, May 27, 2009 by Alan Kotowich

There's new study data showing that chronic pain, like the pain from all types of arthritis, threatens our gender identity. Men with chronic pain are viewed as less masculine and more feminine. Women with chronic pain are seen to be less female and more male. An abstract of the study, which appears in the May 2009 European Journal of Pain, can be viewed at www.europeanjournalpain.com/arti cle/PIIS1090380109000834/abstract.

There are too many reasons why we need to do whatever it takes to rid chronic pain from those who suffer. Unfortunately, the "whatever it takes" reasoning often leads us to try invasive treatments like drugs that are laden with side-effects and the ultimate invasive approach, surgery. In this day and age there must be better ways for us to fight this disabling and depressing problem.

Natural, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) approaches, offer the most sensible solutions. A popular, new, non-invasive CAM technology that really works, is now easy to use in the comfort of your own home. The MyPhield Therapy Cushion uses BioResonance therapy technology. It is proven to alleviate the chronic pain of osteoarthritis, and other arthritis joint pain. There is no proof that it can make you feel any more like a man or woman, but with any luck....

Arthritis Lower Back Pain

Tuesday, May 26, 2009 by Joel Greenfield

You have been working like a dog all week and the only thing to keep you going is the fact you are looking forward to golf with your buddies on the weekend.  The weekend is finally here, the sun is shining you drive to the golf course and the birds are singing.  You are set to tee off on the first hole.  You address the ball, taking a slow backswing (well in your mind it was a slow backswing) you get to the top of your backswing and the pain in your back is enough to send tears down your cheeks.  Instead of playing 18 you are home sitting on your couch in pain.  If you had a BioResonance to apply to that back pain while you are sitting on the couch, my guess is you would be teeing it up tomorrow.  I know I would be!

Chronic Pain

Tuesday, May 26, 2009 by Joel Greenfield

I have been having great success with using MYPHIELD to rid my back of the chronic pain I USE to suffer from, but suffer no more!  I also have had a right hip replacement (yes lucky me)  and as you golfer understand "making the turn" is a very vital part of your golf swing.  So after playing golf 3 days in a row, how many of you Chronic Back Suffers can play golf 3 days in a row?  Anyway back to my story I have always used MYPHIELD on my back and never my hip.  So I said what the heck I own the machine let's give it a whirl.  Well I used it for only 1 night and the next day I had no hip pain.  Was it the resenator or just regular healing?  I will never know but ask me if I really care since I was able to golf the next day.

Chronic Pain

Chronic Pain and Complementary or Alternative Medicine

Chronic pain is a serious problem that exceeds $100 billion in healthcare costs annually in the United States alone. Drugs and Complementary or Alternative Medicine (CAM) are used by many people. CAM includes a wide range of therapies that include all practices other than those used by the politically accepted health system. They are treatments that are not part of conventional medicine and are not taught by medical schools or used by hospitals. An article recently published in Pain Physician 2009; 12:685-688 • ISSN 1533-3159 revealed some interesting CAM statistics. The study reported that:

  •  Approximately 81% of their respondents use or have used CAM before
  •  About 63% of these respondents told their doctors that they used or had used CAM for treating their pain
  • There was no difference in the use of CAM among the different ethnic groups (P > 0.05). Approximately 80% of Caucasians, 80% of African- Americans, and all Hispanic and Native Americans have used or are currently using CAM
  • One-quarter of respondents chose to use CAM because they felt the need to have more control over their pain treatment
  • Twenty-three percent of patients used CAM because conventional medications did not help
  • Another 12.3% of respondents chose CAM because they believed that CAM was safer than conventional medication
  • 12.3% of respondents chose CAM because CAM helped relieve their pain better
  • Fifty-six percent of respondents were satisfied with prescription therapy
  • 63% who were satisfied with CAM treatment
  • Among those patients who were prescribed opioids for pain control, 52.9% of them were satisfied with their pain treatment
  • Among patients who were not prescribed opioids for pain, 56.2% of them were satisfied with their treatment

This report confirms the growing popularity of CAM therapies for the treatment of chronic pain, like the pain associated with all types of arthritis. The most widely used CAM therapies are those that are known to be safe and effective. BioResonance therapy is positioned to expand CAM therapy use. It is a new arthritis pain treatment that uses the same electromagnetic energy fields that are produced by healthy tissues in the body. When disordered tissue, such as a joint affected by arthritis, is placed within these natural energy fields, chronic pain is relieved.

The number of people using CAM therapies for chronic pain is growing rapidly. They have good reason to do so when they can control the pain using safe technology that really works, like BioResonance.
