MyPhield offers online sales according to the conditions described in this section. If you visit and shop on MyPhield.com, you accept these conditions. Please take the time to consider them. MyPhield reserves the right to modify at any time and without notification its website and its sales policies. If you are not in agreement with one or many of these conditions, please do not use the website in any way.

All information, images, descriptions, applications, demonstrations or programming examples contained on this website are presented for instructional value and are not guaranteed for any precise objectives. Although MyPhield does everything possible to provide the best information possible, MyPhield can not guarantee that this information is just and precise and assumes no responsibility for omissions or errors. Furthermore, MyPhield assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of the material contained on its website, or for transgressions of copyrights and/or intellectual property from a third party relative to the use of said material.

Canceling orders

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must advise MyPhield as soon as possible by dialing 1-204-256-3341 or our toll-free number 1-866-745-3341 (within North America). We will verify the status of your order and make any necessary changes without any charges.

We put a lot of effort into delivering our products rapidly; it may happen that your order has already been sent out when you call. If this should occur and you still wish to return a product, please refer to the Returns section.  MyPhield reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases where an account has an outstanding balance.
 

Discounts

MyPhield does not have an official discount policy on bulk orders. However, for orders of two or more units, please ask for a quotation and we will determine if a discount can be provided or not. At that time, the nature of your order, any repeat business and the possibility of an ongoing partnership will all be evaluated in order to offer you the best possible price.

Payment Methods

Credit card: In order to pay by credit card, you will be required to enter your credit card number with the date of expiry once you reach Checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard. If you would like more information concerning our secure payment method, please read the Security & Privacy section. If you are not comfortable making a payment online, you can reach us by phone at 1-204-256-3341 or toll-free 1-866-745-3341 or by fax (at 1-204-261-0495) and use your credit card that way.

Paypal: It is also possible to make an electronic balance transfer via PayPal to: mailto:sales@MyPhield.com. You can choose this method directly during the online payment process. Once your purchase has been accepted, you can proceed with your payment. If you have any problems with this procedure, a message will follow from MyPhield explaining how to pay your order via PayPal.

Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are only accepted for customers with approved accounts. To set up an approved account, call us at 1-866-745-3341 Terms: 30-day net. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Purchase order in cases where an account has an outstanding balance.

Cheques: It is possible to pay by cheque.  You must mail your cheque to MyPhield Technology Inc. 6 Baisinger Drive, Winnipeg, MB, Canada R2N 3Y2.  Your cheque total must include shipping and handling and all applicable taxes. Once your cheque has cashed, we will ship your order. 

 Pricing

All prices indicated are in Canadian currency ($CAD).

The prices indicated do not include taxes (if applicable) or shipping and handling fees.
Our prices may vary or change slightly, without notice, in function of price changes at our suppliers or manufacturers. Our prices might contain typographical errors. If an error should occur, we reserve the right to honor that price, inform the customer of the reason for such an error, or correct the situation by asking the customer whether the order should stand at the revised price or be cancelled.

Returns

The MyPhield Product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee that it will mitigate pain caused by arthritis.  If you, the first owner of a new MyPhield Product are not satisfied with the MyPhield Product within the first 30 days of purchase, the MyPhield Product may be returned in the process described below for a refund in the amount of the actual purchase price of the MyPhield Product.  You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return it.  We do not process returns pursuant to this guarantee past this 90 day period.

Returns Process

  1. Call MyPhield at (866) 745-3341 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package.  Packages sent to us without an RMA number and a copy of your original receipt and a small note for the reason of the return will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Your RMA number expires in 14 days. If your return package is not postmarked by the 14th day, your refund will not be processed.
  2. Returned packages must be sent to MyPhield via a method with a tracking number at the address provided during the call to obtain a RMA. If we do not receive your returned MyPhield Product and you cannot prove that it was returned, we will not issue a refund. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance.
  3. We do not refund the cost of shipping and handling fees for returning the MyPhield Product.  We do not refund the cost of purchasing insurance for the returned MyPhield Product.
  4. In order to process your return, the MyPhield Product must be returned in original condition with all original parts, including but not limited to the following: signal generator, cable, cushion, battery, instruction manual and cushion cover(s). The MyPhield Product will be inspected upon return and any damage due to misuse, excessive signs of wear or missing parts may, at our discretion, reduce or nullify your refund.
  5. All items will be reimbursed within 10 days of receiving the product.
     

Shipping

Shipping rates to your location are posted on the purchase page of this website. Shipping in Canada is done via Standard courier delivery (i.e., Fedex, Purolator). Shipping outside Canada is also done via Standard courier delivery; however, delivery dates are approximate due to Customs formalities.

All dispatches are guaranteed. We usually handle all orders the same day, if received before 3 p.m. If we are unable to ship within 48 hours, you will be contacted by email.

MyPhield tries to respect the expected delivery date. However, we are not responsible for orders delayed by Canada Post, Couriers or Customs.

Taxes

5% federal tax will be added to all orders delivered in Canada (HST of 13% for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador). The provincial tax will also be added to all orders.

These taxes do not apply for orders outside of Canada but you may have import fees or duties charged upon delivery. These fees vary from country to country.
